RETURN POLICY

At RAJA, we are committed to providing our customers with quality products. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer the option to return or exchange your items under the following conditions:

 

Return conditions :

 

• Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

 

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

• Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) is required to process the return.

 

Return procedure:

 

• Contact our customer service at contact@rajafromeast.com to initiate your return and obtain a return label, if applicable.

 

• Package the item carefully and include the provided return form.

 

• Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.

 

Return shipping :

 

• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in the case of a defective or incorrect item.

 

• If an exchange is requested, the shipping costs for the new item will be covered by RAJA.

 

Refunds :

 

• Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

• If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.

 

• In the event of a delay in the refund, please check with your bank before contacting us.

 

• We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the conditions mentioned above.
